accessories—including mouse pads, desk mats, calendars, and business card holders—promptly and
securely. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times
depend on your location and the selected shipping method:
Standard Domestic Shipping (US): 3 to 7 business days.
Express Domestic Shipping (US): 1 to 3 business days.
International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination country).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking information will normally become active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Atlas Valley LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your
order upon international delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the
customer.
5. Damages & Loss
Atlas Valley LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order
damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at
RadishPecka831@outlook.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods
before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Atlas Valley LLC is not responsible for orders
delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Re-shipping costs for undeliverable
packages will be borne by the customer.
